RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • The product must be returned with all original tags, accessories, and freebies (if any).

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or customer remorse (ordering by mistake, no longer wanting the item).

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.

  • Items not returned in original condition or with missing parts/accessories.

  • Products returned without prior authorization from our support team.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTED PRODUCTS

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@labubustoreindia.com.

  2. Provide clear images of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

  3. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

REFUNDS

  • Approval Process: All returned products are inspected upon arrival. If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be issued (e.g., item not in original condition, missing parts, damage caused by the customer).

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account, then contact your payment provider. If you’ve done this and still have not received it, please email us at support@labubustoreindia.com.

EXCHANGES

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@labubustoreindia.com for approval and instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to reasons outside our control, the customer will bear the shipping charges.

  • In approved cases, we will provide the return shipping address and/or a prepaid return label.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Products shipped from our store are often limited edition or special drops. Please check all product details before placing your order.

  • We reserve the right to decline any return request that does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
